About Joe Waresak

Joe is the founder and resident author of The Devoted Dad, a blog and resource hub dedicated to strengthening families by encouraging and equipping Christian dads in their God-given roles.
 

After leaving the corporate world to pursue full-time ministry, Joe has helped lead and execute strategies aimed at building strong families and preserving biblical values. He holds a Master of Ministry degree and several business designations, combining operational strategy with ministry purpose. Over the past two decades, Joe has launched multiple media-based organizations and has held key executive leadership roles, including Vice President of Marketing and Technology, Chief Operating Officer, and President of the Dr. James Dobson Family Institute, where he helped shape national initiatives focused on faith, family, and freedom.

Most importantly, Joe is a husband and father who believes that, by God's grace, one of his greatest life pursuits is his family. Through The Devoted Dad, he invites other dads to join that same journey with truth, grace, and bold faith.
