This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

Licensor: The Devoted Dad – devodad.com (owned by Joe Waresak)
and Licensee: __Individuals and church, or other organizations____

Effective Date: __At time of download or delivery_____

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited-use license to use the resource titled:

“30 Convictions to Reset Fatherhood” (the “Resource”)

This license permits use solely for internal ministry, discipleship, and educational purposes within the Licensee’s organization.

Licensee may:

Individual: Use it for personal use only

Churches with Church-wide license:

• Distribute digital copies of the Resource to participants within its organization 
• Print copies for internal group use 
• Use the Resource in small groups, classes, or ministry settings 
• Display portions of the Resource in teaching contexts 

All use must remain internal to the licensed organization.

This license is granted based on the selected tier:

Tier 1 (1–25 participants)Limited internal group use; Tier 2 (26–75 participants)Ministry-wide use; Tier 3 (76+ participants)Unlimited internal distribution 

Licensee agrees not to exceed the scope of its licensed tier.

Licensing Tier Pricing:

- Individual: $5

- Tier 1: $50 - $100

- Tier 2: $125 - $200 

- Tier 3: $250 - $500

Licensee shall NOT:

• Sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the Resource 
• Share the Resource outside the licensed organization 
• Post the Resource publicly (websites, social media, file-sharing platforms) 
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works without prior written consent 
• Remove or alter copyright or attribution notices 

All content remains the sole property of:

This Agreement grants use rights only and does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights.

Licensee agrees to pay the applicable licensing fee associated with the selected tier.

All fees are:

• Non-refundable 
• Due prior to access or distribution of the Resource 

This license is granted for ongoing use, provided Licensee remains in compliance with this Agreement.

Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if Licensee breaches any terms. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use and distribution of the Resource.

The Resource is provided for educational and ministry purposes only. Licensor makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or specific applications.

Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Resource.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Resource, Licensee agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
